in 1998 in a sales position for independent jeweler. Has a diamontology
certificate for the Diamond Council of America. Native to Virginia
Beach. Employed at Longs since May 2002. |

Debbie
Jastrzebski - Originally from Johnstown, PA. Lived in Virginia
Beach since 1986. Began metalsmithing in college and apprenticed
for a master goldsmith after graduation. Has been in jewelry business
since 1978 as a bench jeweler. She has worked at Long Jewelers for
13 years in sales and manages shop operations. She received her
Bachelors in Fine Arts in 1978 from the Edinboro University in PA.
She also has her GIA diamonds/colored stone certification and is
the pearl and bead stringer for the store. |

Co. Progressed into management positions in Virginia Beach area.
Lived in VB since 1974. Originally from California. Began working
at Longs in February 1998 and has earned his GIA diamond certificate. |

Templeton - Began fine jewelry career in 1988 working at management
level in lease department of major department stores. Has worked
for independent jewelers since 1992 in Oklahoma City and started
at Longs in 1997. Earned GIA diamond certificate. Originally grew
up in Iowa. Graduated from University of Northern Iowa in 1985.
Moved to Virginia Beach in 1997. |

where he learned and crafted the skill till 1988 when he moved to
Virginia Beach. He is a member of American Watchmaker – Clockmaker
Institute. He has been employed with Longs for five years. |

Newest addition to the shop staff. He earned his certificate in
bench repairs and diamond and stone setting from Stewarts International
School of Jewelry Repair. He is a native of Portsmouth, Virginia.

Gatchalian - Master bench jeweler who at age 11 started in the
family business. Started doing wax patterns and cleaning and polishing
jewelry. Took four years of schooling for filigree work and at age
of 21 started mounting diamonds and doing gold repair. |
